I am a patient at Whyte Ridge Dental Centre and Dr Yan is my dentist. Both Dr Yan and the entire staff are extremely professional. Dr Yan is a very skilled dentist and all his work is done with care and confidence. The staff is polite, well trained and extremely organized. Dr Yan is always on schedule for my appointments. The office is run very efficiently, open 6 days a week,and open in the evenings all allowing me flexibility when booking my appointments. The office is always super clean...so important to me. Dr Yan is a great dentist and runs an excellent practice and I highly recommend him.

He always makes time to see me when I think something is urgent and would like to get it checked. I appreciate the reminder calls that his staff makes.

I have been attending Dr Yans' clinic for close to 30 yrs. In all that time I have know him to professional, punctual and confident in all he does. I've never had to wait when I've had an appointment with either Dr. Yan or the hygenists. The receptionists call you 24+ hrs ahead of time to remind you or a week if you want. The office runs like a well oiled machine. My teeth have never had such good and thorough care. When I've had a problem (chipped a tooth), I've been given an appointment immediately. I've always been impressed with the way Dr. Yan works with the insurance companies to best apply their share and my share.
